okvk Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using This Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and okvk ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the okvk website and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live casino, crash games, and payment processing. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or placing a bet. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the okvk platform.

okvk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page and is dated at the top. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Access to and use of the okvk platform is conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the platform.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from okvk or any affiliated gaming platform, and are not subject to any voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion order.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of okvk or any of its game or payment service partners.
• You understand that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited to your account.

okvk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of bonus balances.

To use the full range of okvk services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free. You may only hold one active account at any given time. Opening or attempting to open a second account while a first account exists constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and must keep this information updated throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any account balance.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okvk staff will never ask you for your password by any means. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you, and you accept liability for all such activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify okvk support immediately.

KYC Verification

okvk is required to verify the identity of players as part of its anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations. Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. KYC may also be required at any subsequent point. The verification process typically requires a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport) and proof of address. Documents must be provided in clear, legible format. Accounts awaiting KYC completion may have withdrawals held pending verification.

All financial transactions on the okvk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified. okvk supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT, Visa and Mastercard as payment methods. The availability of any specific payment method may vary and is subject to change without notice. You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name.

Deposits

The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however okvk reserves the right to apply transaction limits or request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt by okvk. okvk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network issues outside its control.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Completed KYC is required before the first withdrawal. okvk aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; in practice most withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are completed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. okvk reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending fraud review or additional verification if unusual account activity is detected.

Currency and Fees

All account balances are held in BDT. USDT deposits and withdrawals are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction. okvk does not charge a platform fee on USDT transactions. Third-party fees levied by payment service providers (e.g. network fees) are outside okvk's control and are not reimbursed by okvk.

okvk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. Where a general bonus policy and a specific offer's terms conflict, the specific offer's terms prevail. okvk reserves the right to alter, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in that offer's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the validity period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance. Wagering on certain games (e.g. live sports at low odds, or specific excluded games) may not contribute to, or may contribute at a reduced rate towards, satisfying the wagering requirement — details are stated in the applicable offer terms.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing bets with the intent to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances including real-money funds. okvk uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Decisions made by okvk in relation to bonus abuse are final.

All games available on the okvk platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology provided by regulated game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe and Ezugi. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game's information panel. okvk does not modify the RTP of any game. Bets placed are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed except in cases of a demonstrable technical error on the part of okvk.

Sports betting markets on okvk are subject to okvk's betting rules, which govern matters including but not limited to void bets, postponed events, abandoned matches, and in-play bet settlement. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. okvk reserves the right to limit bet amounts for any player or on any market, at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or communication failure that affects game outcomes or bet settlement, okvk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. okvk will not be liable for any losses claimed to have resulted from a technical malfunction where the malfunction is beyond its reasonable control. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error that produces a clearly erroneous outcome (e.g. an impossibly high multiplier) are not valid and will not be paid out. okvk's decision in relation to malfunction voids and error rectification is final.

okvk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered players at no cost. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately upon being set and can only be decreased immediately — increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits: set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your account.
• Time-out: take a temporary break from the platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. During a time-out, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. Time-outs cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
• Self-exclusion: permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the okvk platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately across all okvk products and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. To request self-exclusion, contact okvk support.

okvk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, okvk may take such action where:

• You have provided false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• You have opened or attempted to open more than one account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• You have engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or any other activity that okvk reasonably believes to be in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• You have chargebacked a deposit or disputed a legitimate transaction with your payment provider.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, okvk reserves the right to forfeit any remaining real-money balance, bonus balance and any pending winnings. Where an account is closed for any reason other than a breach of these Terms (e.g. player-initiated closure), any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All content on the okvk platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, domain names, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of okvk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the okvk platform without the prior written consent of okvk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okvk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if okvk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

okvk's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your okvk account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

okvk may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact okvk support in the first instance. okvk will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation. okvk's decisions on matters of game outcome, bonus application, account verification and fraud are final and binding unless demonstrably erroneous.
